• Enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the San Sebastian Cafe. All the staff were very helpful.
• The location of the apartement between the old town and lovely Kazimierz was superb. We also loved the spacious apartment with its high ceilings and comfortable beds. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Our stay in Traditional has been very pleasant. Thank you!

• The apartment was wonderfully big, easily accomodating all of us very comfortably.
• Staff were excellent all the way through - from booking through meeting at the apartment and finally leaving. Extremely couteous and helpful, I would recommend OTA. The restaurant and bar attached to our apartment was also excellent and again the staff were great.
• The lady who came out at 10pm to sort out the heating was very very helpful and the heater she supplied was much appreciated.

• The location of the appartment was perfect for exploring the city,the resteraunt and bar downstairs was friendly and the food was excellent,the arranged trips out were second to none, and when i phoned to try and get my taxi early(due to the Pope visiting) i received excellent service from the young lady who took my call. On the whole, little things that could be improved but a beautifull city and

• It was great to have guiding to our apartment - we could see it before the payment. On the way there we had nice information of the city. Decoration was nice, we scandinavians felt like home in Ikea-surroudings :)
