Here you can find answers to some common questions that we regularly get from visitors. However, if you do have anything else to ask, do not hesitate to contact us. Our reservation staff will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have.

  • Where exactly are you located?

    You can see our precise location on the map to the left. We are located right in the heart of Krakow, just minutes away from the beautiful Kazimierz neighbourhood.

  • Do you offer breakfast?

    As we are not a hotel, we do not offer breakfast. However each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cater for yourself as required. We also have a restaurant downstairs that you are welcome to use.

  • Can I call and make the reservation on the phone?

    Of course, we would be happy to take your reservation over the phone. Just call using one of the numbers listed on the site and let the advisor know that you are interested in booking an apartment at the Residence Kazimierz. They'll be able to help you with the rest of the booking process.

  • Do you have apartments for larger groups of 10 or more people?

    The largest apartment in the Residence Kazimierz has three bedrooms, however for larger groups you can make a group reservation and we will make sure you get apartments next to each other (or as close as possible).
