  • Very friendly and helpful staff.
  • Good location between Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Roomy apartment with high ceilings. Plenty of shops in the vicinity overall a good experience.

  • Peace and quiet in a busy city ...
  • I liked everything about the apartment and Krakow itself, a microwave may have been of help and a shower mat may have prevented my mother from falling in the shower, however, I have no complaints and these are just ideas, the apartment was lovely, just wish I could have brought it home with me!! Thankyou.

  • The staff member who welcomed us to the apartment was very friendly (Anna?). The arrangement of airport taxi transfers also made a big difference to the enjoyment of our trip.
  • Apartment was fairly centrally situated near to Kazimierz,Wawel,Old Town and shopping,would stay there again,no problems and will recommenf it to our friends.
  • location and standard of the apartment generally were very good and staff were really helpful.

  • equipment in the kitchen was good, the underfloor heating excellent, the hairdryer - always important - and the internet service was good. The location was fantastic. Your staff were great. Thank you very much for everything - see you again.

  • It was very clean, hot shower!!
  • The apartment was in a very central location with a great selection of local shops on the doorstep --supermarket, chemist, baker etc as well as a good selection of restaurants and bars. The accomodation itself was modern and spotlessly clean. Small touches like sachets of coffee/tea/sugar etc were especially welcome after a long journey to get to Krakow. Staff in the office where we went to pick up the key were very pleasant and helpful.
  • Teh location was perfect. The short distance from Rynek Glowny, Wavel and Kazimiers made the holiday rememberable. The grocery shop in the ground floor made the shoping for food etc very convinient.

  • The location of the apartment is just perfect, few steps from the Old Town Square. I also liked the 24h market in the building. The apartments are very clean and comfortable. We spent really nice time and will use your services in Krakow and other cities in the future.
  • The apartments were clean, new furniture and even if in the centre of the city, very quite.
  • the apartment was pristinely clean and well decorated. the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were fitted to a high standard.
